Riders have a brand-new adventure waiting. Capcom has released the Additional Side Story: Rudy DLC for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, alongside a free title update that expands the game’s endgame with new monsters and tougher challenges.

In the latest Capcom Spotlight, the team shared that Additional Side Story: Rudy follows a new story connected to the roots of Rudy, the Royal Felyne who travels alongside the protagonist. The DLC reveals that Rudy’s ancestor is none other than Navirou, the familiar Felyne from the Monster Hunter Stories series. After getting caught up in strange phenomena occurring across the world, Navirou eventually meets his descendant, Rudy, sending the story down an unexpected path.

The Additional Side Story: Rudy DLC is available now for $9.99 USD. Players who own the Deluxe Edition or Premium Deluxe Edition can access the story at no additional cost.

Free Title Update Brings New Endgame Challenges

Players who complete the Hard version of the Final Battle will unlock Royal Monsters, powerful variants of nearly every monster in the game.
